I just started Orencia this past Wed. had no major problems. It took awhile with my insurance company though. I'm currently taking 23 pills a day for my Lupus/RA/Fibromyalga. Stinks but surviving. I Hope the Orencia works. My doctor said to give it about three months. I've tried methotrexate and every other drug out there nothing has helped. This is my last option and I'm only 26 years old.

I too started Orencia in April. I have Lupus/RA/fibro/etc. So far the Orencia has helped with the fatigue,YEAH, but not much else. My rhum. said 4-6 months before I would feel better so I'm glad it's helping a little already. I'm just glad this one I can tolerate, that is half the battle.
I'm 48 so I'm older and have tried just about everything else too , with no results so let's hope this is the one for us! Hang in there and I hope it works for you, also since your still young there will be new meds. to come along so don't give up, I know it's hard not to somedays. Jeannie
