I was diagnosed with RA about a year ago. The question is what risks do I face with being deployed to Iraq with my condition and meds. prednezon, methotraxate, plaqynail, and sulfazalazine.

All these drugs are immuno-suppressants, so you are more susceptible to infection and your ability to fight off infection if you do get one is impaired. This is a pretty serious consideration for any kind of travel, let alone deployment to Iraq. Also your sun sensitivity is VERY high on these meds. Can you serve us here in the states instead?
