Let me start by saying I am a firm believer of western medicine and I am thrilled about results that Meth and Plaq have had for me AND I am also a believer in Eastern medicine and how it tends to focus on helping the body, help itself.
To that end I want to tell you about a positive experience I had with my RA and the eastern approach to wellness. Last year, I lived in China for 5 months. The first 2 months I lived at a Qigong meditation center in the middle of the South China Sea. I practiced Qigong for about an hour a day for those 2 months. At the start of the second month of me living at the meditation center, I stopped taking my medication (meth 10MG wk, plaq 200MG a day) and was pain free for the next 3 months backpacking around China, Tibet and Vietnam. I was on my way home after the 5 months, waiting to fly out from Hong Kong when the pain came back. Now clearly there are MANY factors, food, climate (hot as hell), environment, exercise, potential build up of medicine prior to be going off of it, etc that you would have to consider but I must admit it felt great to be off the meds and pain free.
Today I still practice daily meditation (20 minutes most days, nothing all Buddhaish) and feel its an integral part of my continued wellness. If anyone would like me to share how simple it is, please drop me a line.
Be well.
With hope,
Kirsten

Hi, I want to share with you a simple solution to RA. We know what causes it, we know why it stays, and why the prescription drugs don't really fix the problem. I know what does. Your body is lacking a portion of a very important hormone, that everyone has, cortisol. I know that there are major side effects to overdoses of this hormone, but it has no side effects itself. We have found a way to treat your symptoms, arrest your progression of the disease, and educate you on how to take care of yourself and be virtually pain free for the rest of your life. No surgeries, no daily injections, and the best part is, you control how much you need by knowing your own levels of discomfort. If there is anyone in the RA community that wants to know more please e mail me at irsinaz@yahoo.com I work for the Helen foundation, we are hear to help you as we have done for thousands before you.
