I've been "sort of" diagnosed for about a year with a combination--RA, AS, and raynaud's. None of my tests are positive and I have some mild to moderate swelling of joints (hands, ankles, and knees). To look at me you would never know there is anything wrong--but when I have flares I have amazing depression, fatigue, and pain that I can't control. It's starting to be obvious at work and I don't know how to deal with it---one day I'm fine, the next I'm almost useless--definitely happens with viruses, but sometimes out of the blue with no warning. Any help on how to deal with this? Should I talk to my superiors at work? I feel like a whinner and am worried they will be put off if I bring it up. HELP!
