Rheumatoid Arthritis

I have been experiencing problems for about 2 years now. My pain initiall started in my hands & wrists, shortly after being diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel in both wrists, new onset. Shortly there after, my feet began to hurt, I cound not walk or even get out of bed. The podiatrist said it was plantal fasciitis, but was concerned about the bilateral nature. I have been seeing a Rheumatologist since than who has diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. But something isn't right. My joint pain is worsening and lasting much longer. It is always accompanied by inflammation, in both ankles & shoulders now. I have recently been given another steroid shot & more prednisone. My symptoms have gone away for the most part, but they will be back. All of my lab results have been negative except for one recent positive RF test. The Dr. said it was borderline, and re-ordered lab work from a different lab 1 week later & after treating me with another steroid shot & prednisone. The test than came beck negative? Do I have RA developing? I am seeking a 2nd opinion soon. I can not bear the pain anymore. Help
