I'm almost 65
Minimal problems with urination.
PSA getting lower over the past 10 years (4.7-3.6)
now is going up/down small amount.
Free PSA - Nov. 07=20
Jan. 08=23

VA (Veterans Administration) says I need a biopsy.
I'm not for it.

Any suggestions?
