I’ve been using FLOMAX for approximately 5 or 6 weeks and have seen dramatic improvement in flow and reducing my occurrence to go. However, if I get up at night (which has been greatly reduced to once or maybe twice) I experience a real hard time starting my flow as well experience a week stream. I have no problems during the day only if I awake at night. Has anyone else taking this medication encountered this?
I’ve changed my time of medication from morning till - noon till - night with no change with results in this symptom.

Yes, with flomax I always experience a weaker stream more difficult to start on those late night runs. I also experience retrograde ejaculation in the mornings (I take the pills--2--at night. My docxtor can not explain why I experience retrograde ejaculation in the morning but not at night. Who can? The website here doesn't even mention retrograde ejaculation.
I've been on Flomax for about 6 mos. now and I too have experienced extreme difficulty in urinating when I get up at night to go but I never made the connection.
