Help!

I am a 53 year old male, married but really bummed about my health.

For the last 3 months, I have been experiencing a chronic burning pain in the urethra from the tip of penis through the prostate and up. It has reached a point where I can hardly sit anymore which effects my job. I have never experienced anything like this. I can describe it to feel like a urologist is taking (or yanks) a "crusty" folley catheter out, but the burning and pain never stop. Even urination or ejaculation doesn't help.

I have had problems with urinary infections and epididymitis most of my life (since I was 17). I have probably been (for long periods) on every antiobiotic ever created and most pain medications. The downside to all that is most of the antibiotics don't work on me anymore and my tolerance for the pain medication has increased to the level that most doctors won't treat me and/or regard me as an addict.

I had my testicules removed about 15 years ago due to testicular cancer and am now on a synthic testosterone injected weekly.

Can anyone recommend anything or refer me to a really good doctor in the NE Ohio area (Cleveland).

Thanks in advance and for the chance to vent.
