I just went to the doctor last week, and my prostate is enlarged. My doctor says it’s not a big problem yet, but he thinks that’s why my sex drive has slowed down lately. I’ve been having trouble with the amount of time I can perform, and I don’t want it to affect my marriage. I don’t want to take a prescription because my doctor says it’s not necessary (and I don’t want to spend a ton of money). But, I want to find some things I can do to help myself treat this problem. Are there specific foods I should be eating? Or exercise regimens that are supposed to help? I’ve found some Ideas Online and products that are relatively inexpensive that say they’re supposed to help, but I want to hear some suggestions before starting anything. I’m looking for an Enlarged Prostate Treatment that’s meant as more as Preventative Maintenance than anything else.

Hello Addison. Has your doc made you some other test except DRE ? Do you know that enlarged prostate can lead much more serious problems (concealed simple enlargement). You may find here prostatitis treatment and diagnosis some info , and ask questions other patients.
Thank you Denny for your help. I was hoping I would be able to find someone who has experienced prostate problems to see what prostate health supplements worked or did not work for them. Any ideas or suggestions?
