Hi I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I will be meeting with my doctor next week and I've read such negative reports about Fosomax, Boniva etc that I am hesitant to use them. Does anyone have any information about natural treatment including Osteovalin? I would appreciate any help I can get and thank all of you in advance.

My mother and her sister have osteoporosis and so I am taking this as well as my calcium and have cut all cola's out of my diet and other foods that leech the calcium from the bones.
