Has anyone been having problems with the Forteo pen?

I hear Lilly has a more convenient insulin pen, is anyone hopeful it will eventually be used for osteoporosis?

I am curious if anyone has had any side effects -since they began taking Forteo...

I have been taking it for 4 months - and have already had a "bout" of GOUT - I researched the Forteo drug and discovered it can increase your Uric Acid Levels.I do not fit the standard "GOUT" Profile..

Has anyone else encountered and side effects.??
Please Note - I am still taking the Forteo...

i have had numerous problem - first was bad brusing on my 3rd pen
but now for months severe gastro problems- the colonscopy showed damage to my flora which was not present 3 years ago - i stopped the pen for 2 months but damage is done - I am still under diagnostic stage
