I am a 55 year old man, Osteoarthritis, 17 years in my feet. During the last 3 years it has spread throughout my spine, skull to tailbone, in the shoulders/hips/knees and hands, nodes on fingers. Is this a normal progression, or an extreme variation? Difficulty walking. Thanks - Randy M.
I just found out I have it as well in my back, but I am only in my 20's I hear there is primary and secondary osteoarthritis. Mine started with a sharp pain in my back, now it is all across my back and I am getting nerve pain in my fingers. About a year ago my knee started to hurt as well. I had arthroscopy surgery, but it didn't help much. I then had steroid injected in my knee, that seemed to help allot. I feel your pain!

I have just been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis of my Sacroiliac joints bilaterally and am waiting on CT results of my left hip and groin as are very painful...fearing osteo there as well, however I am only 33 years old! Wondering if there are any other young adults going through the same thing...affecting all aspects of my life(including work). Would love to hear if anyone has similar story and how they are coping...
I have got inflamatory PolyArthritis involving feet, hands, fingers, wrists, ankles, shoulders, knees and hips. I have a lot of stiffness in the morning for a prolonged time and this week my left knee is totally stiffened up and swollen, hot and red. Does anyone else have this here.
