Just when I thought my preventative medications were starting to work, bang! I get hit with three days in a row with migraines. I just called my neurologist's office to see if they will get me in for a treatment. My head it killing me. I'm so tired of this.

I was having such a good week last week, even with the storms in the area. (storms always give me a migraine).

I feel so drained right now. Weird how migraines can deplete you of all your energy. Frowner

Heather - hang in there, lady! You have been doing well - so let's put our hopes on your preventive regimen working with exceptions, rather than the current seige being any kind of "bad sign." Great that you're talking to the doctor and yes, the migraines do drain us! We're here pulling for you!

My neuro office called back. I'm going in at 1:00 today for shots. Wish me luck Good Luck this will help tame the beast.

I hate the way I feel so grumpy. I have no patience when I have a migraine. I have to try so hard not to snap at people. If people only knew what I really wanted to say when they said stupid things (LOL)...

Heather I'm so glad your neuro's office got you in so quickly. I hope by the time you read this things are going much better for you. Maybe this was just a small bump in the road for your prevenatives. You were hit with alot of weather last week.

I'm sure you're not as grumpty when you have a migraine as you think you are.

Take care,
Cindy

I feel much better today than yesterday. The doctor ended up giving me three injections. At least they aren't as painful as the migraine. I ended up going home and going to bed for a couple of hours. That seemed to do the trick.

Thanks for the encouragement. I hope everyone has a good day and week.
