Migraine

I was only thinking the other day that I had already had a few colds this winter & that I was finally glad that spring is on our doorsteps here in Australia. Then wouldn't you know it, I start getting sniffly that night. By the next day I was all clogged up in the sinuses & the headaches started. Thankfully the head cold was very short lived.

But when my unsuspecting headache turned into an awful Migraine, I was at the bottom of the heap. None of my usual medications worked, I ended up having time off at work & today is really the only day I feel half normal. The Migraine is still there, Day 5, just lingering, but at least the anti inflammatories worked today.

To top all that off it's not even my migraine week, that starts in a few day & I'm so over it all, just want it all to stop & go away.

Sorry you haven't felt well for more than one cause.

Thankfully I had an appointment at my Dr's yesterday & also my Chiro, so I am pleased to say that so far, no migraine in the last 24hrs. The ED room Dr's here are not knowledgeable enough to help me in the way that I need. Hopefully that will change one day.
