Migraine

Soo sorry to here about the mig

Me too this morning--wasn't bad yesterday.

Just got back from the doctor. He gave me a shot of tordal--my first. I got a lecture about not using shots as only measure and the need to follow up with neurologist--I have an appointment on Thursday so that made him happy, and promised to talk to the nurse practioner about the hormones. So I guess right now I am locked in the agressive mode of seeing the doctors and pursuing answers.

But even today he told me that I may just have to learn with the headache pain!!! I wanted to scream I live with pain every single day. I don't go to the doctors usually just because of a little or even alot of pain I go because of the vertigo, or the dizziness that comes on just from sitting up, the lack of balance that makes people think I am drunk (I never have drank alcohol.) I go because I have no life--not able to drive, clean my house, cook dinner for my family, or go to my church meetings. I would love to go a single day without the motorcycle helmet on my head feeling!!

After my hystoerectomy I had about six monthes of wonderful clear days almost pain free. My head was clear for about the first time in years and I so enjoyed it. I did more during that clear period than I done in years--really got back to scrapbooking and other things because all of my muscles in my hands worked.
