Migraine

Hey there again guys,

Well, I am now going to chicago to get some more inpatient treatment. Will be at the hospital Friday morning. I am relieved to be getting some much needed help, but must say I am nervous too. 3 stays already and I have still been going down hill. I am praying this time we can at least stop the downward spiral and move on from there. Not sure how things will turn out, but I have a lot of faith in my doc. I know he is working hard. I am trying very hard to stay hopeful in the midst of this relentless storm. Even when I do start to lose site of hope, I am doing much better grabbing ahold of it again.

Usually I have to see my doc and then be admitted from there so he can discuss everything and make the orders. They are doing a direct admit this time. I don't see doc, just go to the hospital. So it sounds like doc at least has a plan in mind then.

Anyway, just thought I would update you. I won't have internet access while I am there but I will fill you guys in as soon as I am home. THanks again for all the support you guys provide! Hopefully I will be back in here soon!

THanks so much for the good luck wishes, positive vibes, thoughts, and hugs! I am trying to stay very positive and hopeful. Its good to have support there also. I also know that if it gets tough, I have you all back here pullin for me once again. That means a lot I will update you all as soon as I can.

Yes kelly and I will be in the same place again. Ironic huh? I SO wish we could share a room, but all the rooms are private or semi-private, only sharing a bathroom. Kelly will be discharged sometime this weekend. Although, I am not sure she will be leaving with much pain relief. But, our paths will cross again and it will be so nice to see her! I sure will pass on hugs and hellos for you all.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have gotten some texts from Alaura and she seems to be doing some better. Some of the meds they have been giving her have lowered her pain levels, although her pain levels still fluctuate. But she says she is keeping a positive attitude and staying hopeful. She is not sure when she will be coming home yet.
