Migraine

I had good news today, I went back to the surgeon for the lump in my breast and I got a diagnosis of Fibrocystic Breast Condition. It doesn't sound great but I knew it was benign I just had to be rechecked in a month to make sure I didn't need surgery.

I do have to stay on the Evening Primrose Oil, but that actually has made me feel better until I started having all these other episodes, that I ranted about on my sharepost.

I am glad to have this off my plate so to speak, one less thing to think about, but I am still going for an echo and and an ultrasound next week. (Wow, I just gave my headache a headache!)

Trying to keep my chin up and stay focused. I have been a little depressed and working on that and I lost 7 more pounds which is not good since I am at 114 now.

I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed for May 27th when I go to Jefferson and hopefully my regimen will change up some and I will start to feel better.

This is good news One thing at a time, remember that I know it is hard to stay strong sometimes and you can get depressed, but remember you are strong and we are here for you, hang in there.
