Though "It's My Ovaries, Stupid!" by Elizabeth Lee Vliet, M.D. is not a migraine book per se, for any woman suffering from menstrually related migraine, this is a book I'd highly recommend. She does a very clear and thorough job of explaining how our hormones can trigger varying patterns of migraines throughout our lives and how hormones can be used to help manage them. Even if you're happy with a non-hormonal migraine management approach, it's worth reading simply for the in depth understanding of how completely our hormone health is tied to our overall health and well-being.
