My copy of Teri's book arrived in yesterday's mail! I'll be "lost" in it off & on for a while. I'm still waiting for "The Lonely Patient" to arrive. Ordered both from Amazon.com. Teri, ! Rebecca

The generally long periods of time between my Migraines are the result of working with a Migraine specialist to refine my preventive regimen. You can see my current regimen HERE.

I got Teri's book about 2 months ago... and like Jamie says "it's great even after the gazillionth time" I've literally lost track of how many times I've read it cover to cover and marked it all to beyond recognition. I can't live without it, although doctors wish I didnt have it *cause I make good use of the dictionary at the back, and now spout out medical terms related to migraines for the doctors. It drives them nuts *
Thanks Teri and for everyone who hasnt read it yet, read it! It's weirdly addictive!
love to all and big hugs bim
