Teri's book "living well with migraine disease" Is my top choice. It is my bible. I've treated it roughly, so many things highlighted, and it even slammed a desk. Teri, my utmost thanks... youve been there and you understand

The generally long periods of time between my Migraines are the result of working with a Migraine specialist to refine my preventive regimen. You can see my current regimen HERE.

Yes, I agree! This book is on my to-get list for June! I wanted to get it this month of may but I had an unexpected bill to pay so I wasn't able to get it. But for people with migraines this is the perfect book! I was able to borrow it from our local library and look at it that way, WOW was I impressed!
I'm so happy and Going to be able to get Teri's book this week! I look forward to getting her book! I was able to check it out at the library but it's completly different then having your own copy of it and being able to highlight what you want to and underline what you want too! How awesome.
