I just finished Teri's book and I have to say thank you Teri for all the great info you've provided. I'm going to pass this book on to my family and recommend anyone suffering from migraines to read it.

For those of you that haven't read her book, I strongly encourage you to read it. It has so many good tips, preventative information, and just great things to keep you informed on migraines, doctors, treatments, etc. I also think it's written in a way that explains this disease to people that don't understand i.e. family, friends, co-workers, and other people in our lives.

Thanks again Teri and God bless. Smiler

It really is an awesome book! I have pink highlighter all over mine Smiler

I also gave it to my son to read too. It helped that I had the highlighter because he was able to pay more detail to the issues that caught my attention.

I've been recommending it to other people I know that suffer from migraines.

I have my book all dog eared on referrence pages. I think between the book and this website I have been able to educate myself on migraines to the point that when I see my neurologist I don't feel so clueless.

I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to nudge this topic over into the Must Reads section, because it is! Smiler
