Migraine

Good Evening (I think)--

Ya'll are not going to believe this but I am unbelievably sick AGAIN!!! It started around 9pm last night. I thought I was getting a cold. This morning first thing, I called my doctor for a refill on cough medicine that he gave me in October. Then I had to go to Temple to see my Orthopedist, and I started to feel really dizzy so I asked DH to drive me up there. I just kept coughing so much, somewhat productive and with an intermittant wheeze. By the time we got back from Temple at 11:30a.m. I had 102 fever!. And was supposed to go to work at 3pm. So I called my district supervisor (couldn't reach the scheduler). My doctor was in a conference all day so the p.a. was trying to coordinate what we were going to do. I kinda go off in another world when my temp goes much over 102, so haven't been doing too well most of the day. I ended up with DH taking me to get a chest xray which was negetive. So at this point, we're treating the fever and cough and as long as the fever doesn't go much higher I'm supposed to go to doc tomorrow a.m. DH has some kind of instructions re what to do tonight. I took my cough medicine and Mucinex DM so now am coughing so much when I lie down, decided to sit up a while.

Tracie and Megs I'm sorry you are both sick. I'm glad you both had DH to help take care of you.

I had the most lovely surprise today. An old friend who had moved out of state some time ago called this morning. She was in town and could I have dinner tonight!! I had tracked her down the end of the year and we had re-connected through e-mail, but I'd not seen her in 7or 8 years. We had such a lovely chat. She is one of those people you site down with and it's like you saw her yesterday. I even splurged and had a wine spritzer!! So festive.

Sleep well friends. Tomorrow is Friday and we get to start the weekend
