Good morning, everyone! It's raining here, but my head is OK anyway. I hope everyone is coping OK with whatever their local weather is.

Right now, my older cat, Keziah, is sitting on my lap. In a few hours, I will go to church. I'm not sure what I will do after that. I got quite a bit done yesterday. I definitely need to go through some mail and act on it.

Good morning everyone!

Not much in my world. Yesterday I had a kid's day and took them bowling. It's so much fun because we are all so bad at it and the lanes we go to are pretty much people who are great at the game. I'm sure we provide a lot of entertainment for them too! Lots o' fun!

Today is shopping day. Food is always a good thing to have around the house. For some reason the family likes to eat, crazy people!

Have a fantastic Sunday....no football...<sigh>

Well, I had a rough night sleep-wise. Woke up with a killer migraine, so this post is going to be short. Had plans to run out to get a couple more boxes for my ebay sales but that may be on hold due to my head. I will try to nap later today. I may not get out of bed. We'll see how my head feels.

I need to reset my ticker. Right now, I'm too nauseous to do so. But I wanted to come over here to my family and talk to those who understand.

I was really careless last night. Had pizza sticks from a place I haven't eaten in since college (over 5 years ago) and used the dipping sauce, just like I used to. Got really sick at about 10pm...

I looked at the ingredients in the sauce this morning online and found onions pretty close up to the front of the ingredient list. So- I spent part of last night throwing up, part feeling nauseous, sent DH out for real coca cola, and even that and Zofran didn't do the job. Spent the night drifting in and out of sleep.

I had to eat something this morning to take my meds, and I'm not feeling too much better, so I'm Fingers Crossed hoping that things stay down. I also popped some frova, as I'm pretty sure this is a migraine- especiallyy when my head started getting in the act this morning.

I was supposed to clean the apartment today, but I think that's not going to happen. The other "may not get done" is going to Staples and grabbing some padded envelopes to ship out my ebay products.

See y'all later, I need to stop typing and look away from the screen.

Heather,

Go to "go", the pull down menu has a "personal zone" click on that. After that- go to profile- in the middle of the page will be view/edit complete profile. Click it. You'll see several options, including to change an avatar. Under that is space for a signature. Copy your ticker code into that spot and save your profile.

Poof! A ticker

If I didn't explain something all the way, let me know- I'm typing this with the end of a headache and the beginning of a postdrome- so I might not have made sense! Feel free to say so!

I went to a baby shower today for our pastor's wife. She's due around Easter, so I knitted a hat that should fit him about November. She really liked it.

I had to leave as soon as the shower was over - strange chairs and sitting in wierd positions triggers a migraine. At least one of the women who gave the shower knows about my migraines so she understood. And the pastor's wife is so sweet she was just happy I came.

Kath is cooking tonight.

Well, it's very late. We went out to dinner last night to celebrate my birthday and Valentines day. Had a nice steak and even had a piece of cheesecake. Then we stayed up until 3 am watching Spiderman and then Men in Black, on commercial TV. Made it to church this morning, then to my mom's for family birthday celebration.

Violated Good Sleep Hygiene again and took a nap.

Tomorrow, I WILL walk. I think we're going to have Greek salad tonight with FF feta cheese and baby spinach.

May work in the yard a bit, if it's not too soggy. Or straighten up in the bedroom or study. Things are still a mess from having the carpets cleaned.

Good night, and have a pleasant tomorrow. Are you old enough to remember that?

Hi guys -

Got up this morning, had breakfast, showered and hit the road to my Mom & Dad's so I didn't even get on the forum until now. Had a touch of HA when I woke up which went away after a couple of hours - first time in days I've been headache free.

That lasted about 5 hours. Then I was standing up from a chair at my folks' and I felt a little dizzy and in half an hour had a migraine. I took Imitrex and spent the whole drive home with my eyes closed. Poor Danny driving in heavy fog & drizzle on the highway.

Jamie thank you for researching highway safety. So many maniacs on the roads - I'm more afraid of highway driving than I am of flying.

Had a nice visit with my parents, anyway. They can't get down to see us as much as they used to, the two hour drive has become hard on them, and with my migraines we don't get away that often. We're going back in 2 weeks.

Just wanted to say hello and goodnight - too sleepy and zoned on Imitrex to reply to everyone, but I've been thinking about you all!

Gretchen - I remember good night and have a pleasant tomorrow (my kids got me Season One on dvd for Christmas last year!)

- Megs
