If you take a look at this article about headaches and Migraines, you'll see some of the usual suspect information:

1. Migraines are a type of headache.
2. Headaches are the body's way of trying to get our attention.
3. Tension headaches are caused by stress and only stress.
4. Constipation causes headaches.
5. Try home remedies without talking to your doctor.

Let's think here: I can either listen to doctors, migraine experts, and rely on people who spend their lives working to find treatments for what we *know* is a genetic neurological disease... or listen to the person who suggests that putting cayenne pepper to my forehead, neck, and feet to make my migraines go away?! Hm. Tough choice...

Good grief. Roll Eyes
