I am soooooo fed up! beyond fed up even. As some may know, I ended up in ER yesterday, it left.... but then late afternoon there was a thunderstorm... aura started, then mig.... its still roaring. a solid 9.5 out of 10. I'm sick, crying and cannot sleep... just doze off now and then. Why am I ALWAYS in pain?! seems i'm only posting gripes these days unless I'm replying to something else.

love you guys
bim

You're entitled to be way past fed up, Bim. I wish so much I could just make it stop for you. Sigh.

Dang weather, just when you were managing to feel a bit better for a change! Mad

Here I am after a futile attempt at sleep....
toss, turn, doze off, wake up because of pain, throw up, go back to bed, toss, turn, doze off... well you get the picture. It is soooo frustrating! If you all were here in real life, I'd sneak a hug from each of you. The despair is so huge at times like these. Only fellow migraineurs or fellow pain suffers could possibly understand what I go through... Utter darkness...
hugs

You wouldn't have to sneak hugs from us. You wouldn't even need to ask. ((((( Bim )))))

(((((((( more hugs ))))))))))

I was so happy to read the posts that you finally were over the last round. So sorry it's back! I'm finally coming off a four-day misery cycle. I hope you get to the other side again SOON.

And, don't worry about "over-griping". We all get it. Trust me...

Awwww, Bim...

It's so frustrating when they keep coming back- despite whatever you throw at them. Plenty o' hugs coming from me too.

I winced this morning when I realized that the pain in my head was rapidly turning into a migraine. I just kept thinking "Already? Wasn't I just in the ER?" Luckily, it went away quickly. But it made me appreciate what it would feel like to just keep bouncing back and forth... Uggh. How awful the loss of control is... and gosh.. if you're living like this, you've got to be a REALLY strong person!

Now just imagine when you don't have to use your strength for this-- September's not that far away anymore... Just august to get through- and the rest of this month-- and then Poof- real doctor.

You're gonna be feeling better when you know that you're being treated appropriately- even if things don't improve immediately, the sense of hope is a gigantic thing... Been there, done that... And it DID get better.

And I have more of "me" back. I'm not still satisfied with where I am... but... it's a process... And although it feels like forever until you start the process- once you get to an excellent HA doctor, things WILL change... even if just by knowing that you have excellent medical care behind you!
