Just wanted to know if anyone had any bad adverse reactions, such as blood coming out where it should not to put it delicately. And should I go to the er about this, or wait until I can make a doctor appointment? My only guess is that it gave me ulcers, which are bleeding, but very little initial discomfort like I get with other anti-inflammatories because they are coated. Either way, it freaked me out and was very unpleasant. Anti-inflammatories always are, but this is different.

I've never taken that particular med, although of course I've used other anti-inflammatories.

If there's blood involved, I'd certainly either get hold of your doctor right away (or whoever's on call for him/her over the weekend,) or go to the ER. If you suspect a GI bleed, those can go sour very quickly and unexpectedly.

Take care and keep us posted.

Thanks for the comments, it is what I thought. But still, today seems a bit better, so maybe I will hold out and see if it goes away. I don't want to overact by going to the ER if I can avoid it, but I will keep a close eye on the situation and see.
