Topamax is a neuronal stabilizing agent, aka antiseizure medication, and it's taken daily for Migraine prevention.
Triptans are Migraine abortive medications to be taken when you get a Migraine. This article explains more, Preventive, Abortive, and Rescue Medications - What's the Difference? Hope this helps! ![]() Teri Robert Lead Expert, MyMigraineConnection terimmc@helpforheadaches.com
