I went to the ER yesterday. Nothing new there. But migraine is already back. I got the blindness before it.. I hate that so much. At least I got to see my husband' beautiful face for a few minutes before I went fully blind. cuddling in complete darkness is weird. He felt so bad for me... Its the first "blind aura" hes ever seen me with. I never get used to that one. Now my mig is there.... not super bad but enough to ruin my day... why cant I have even 1 full day pain free after ER? I just want to cry... not so much from the pain as from the frustration of it all.

I need a hug... Ive reached the limit of what I can sanely take..

It hurts deep inside meFrowner Frowner

Sorry you're hurting, Bim- both physically and emotionally.

I wish we had the magic words to make things better.

Oh wait- perhaps- yes... (digs into big santa-style bag of tricks) Ahhh... I see a Dr. Young visit for a Mrs. Colt. That should be a good present!

Ok, so I'm a cheeseball. But we all knew that, right? Halo

Hope you can calm down, and think some positive thoughts... they seemed to help last time, right? Yes

Hugs,

Jamie

Rant away, Dear Bim! You've earned that right!

I'm thinking there were perfumes, plus the incense at the funeral, plus scents at the wake, plus the stress of singing, plus your grief - many, many stackable triggers just overwhelmed you.

You've earned a few days' rest. So has your DH. It's a darn shame today is a Monday! Devil Y'all should be allowed to just curl up together & doze for a while.

Maybe this one will resolve quickly? Fingers Crossed

Bim, I'm so sorry you're going through another day of suffering. You've been through so much.

Hang in there. Just one month and 4 days. You'll make it, one way or another.

Group Hug

I want to thank you guys for your love...
Im still at the head smashing phase Head Banging .... but I cant cry. Its really weird. If I could just cry it out then it would relieve tension.
Rebecca, I never thought about the stackable trigger thing. you could be right. Light Bulb Jamie, I'm trying desperately to think positive thoughts, but the only ones I can come up with is how lucky I am to have this group, and how much of a gift DR Young will be able to give me * the gift of my life back is how i think of it* but alas, its nt really stopping the panic and stuff. If I had sleeping pills, I couuld just take one and calm down.... but Ive been refused them by the docs at the ER... they say they are all addictive and I appear to have an addictive personality *due to the amount of visits* so much for that idea.
still a mess but at least Im feeling loved
Bim

I'm so sorry, Bim. Group Hug

I've had my vision do some pretty interesting tricks with migraine, but I've never experienced any blind spells, but I can imagine that they're pretty scary to go through, even though you know your vision will return.

What do you usually do to relax? I like a nice bubble bath with a good book, myself. Or I have a nice bath or shower and then stretch out flat on the floor or sofa and just enjoy not having to move for a while if I don't want to. Or I sit down here at the puter playing Luxor or Alchemy or something with my massager cushion. If the docs won't help with the panic calming, then you have to find something that'll help you get there yourself.

But you're our cheeseball, and we love you for it. We wouldn't have you any other way than quirky. You help balance droolie quirky. It's meant to be. I think we should all just embrace it, myself. LOL!

Why, thank you, Droolie! I think the more quirk, the better... and that we should just embrace our quirky selves, and enjoy!

I agree, t'is meant to be- the quirk balancing act....

Oh, and cheese is a safe food for me, so it's all good. Now if we had determined that I was an onionball, I'd be very unhappy with myself.
MMmmm, cheese.

I need to stop running off at the fingers now. I'm rambling. Bed is definitely not too far in my fingers' future.

Bim, I Hope sleep is shortly in your future too... remember... keep it positive, 'kay?

droolie
bubble bath sounds nice. I tried sleeping.. its not workingFrowner
so maybe I'll do the bath thing and listen to angel helpers *my meditation cd on angels* Its gorgeous. Its got songs dedicated to each different archangel , designed to make it easier to invoke their presence among us :-) my 2 favourites are the ones dedicated to Michael*his is the power to rekindle the fire of the soul* and Raphael *his is the immense power of healing* Those are the 2 that I need to pay special attention to on most days Razzer
Thanks for the bubble bath tip droolie. It sounds like it might be just the thing.

Jamie... I echo what droolie says "your our cheeseball and we love you for it"

hugs
