Could someone please post a link to the Ellimination Diet? I know what not to eat but I heard of a diet that you follow exactly for two weeks then slowly add things back. I just can't find it now. Thank you!

I'm not sure we have a link to a specific migraine diet. I looked and looked, but don't find one.

I wonder if you mean food triggers? If so, here is a link for you:

Thank you for the links! That does help. I thought there was a specific diet that was very strick. Like Oatmeal for breakfast, chichen and patatoes for lunch and dinner for several weeks. I don't know my memory is not what it used to be. Again, thanks for the links.

When I was researching the elimination diet, I thought I had seen such a diet somewhere too. But when I was getting ready to try it, I could not find it anywhere. Technically, you can have anything that is not considered a potential trigger food, but that didn't make much sense to me either so I made up my own diet which I had everyday until I started adding foods back in.

If you go on the diet, I wish you the best of luck! It's really not that bad.

Ali-You are very welcome, glad it can help. It helps identify what may or may not be a trigger for you personally. Also, did you try a migraine diary? They come in very handy and drs love them too. Plus it may help identify stackable triggers.
