Migraine

Hello I went to the neurologist yesterday for my migraines. He said I was having neck spasms. He said I could get a shot,but I didn't want to do that now. I said would physical therapy help. He said yes so he ordered PT for 3x a week for 6 weeks for my neck. I am hoping this really helps. I still don't feel that my migraines are under good control. I still have to treat to many I feel this way and so does the doctor. I will let everyone know how the PT is going and if it is helping. I feel I have new hope which is good I think. I am a Physical Therapist on disability FOR migraines. I am glad that you and your neurologist seem to have a good dialogue going. PT is a nice place to start treatment for your migraines given the fact that you and your neurologist are on the same page-good job!

Lm- on your PT; My DH just started PT for "frozen shoulders" and so far so good; I hope yours helps your migraines.
