What do you appreciate the most when you have a migraine? For me the list is relatively long because I try to remain as positive as I can instead of focusing on the pain.
• Kisses and hugs from my DH and kids • Water and food from the family without asking • Kisses (better known as licks) from my doggies who lay by the bed • Surprise emails from DH telling me he hopes I feel better • On the same note: an email greeting card • Court TV – I’m a junkie for People’s Court • Being able to relax • Being able to sleep through the pain • When my abortive works on the first try • Getting on the forum and seeing all my buds; especially the success stories • A good comedy movie • Being able to look out the window and see nature at its best (sun or rain) • Meditating about the beach • Having the energy to take a HOT shower • When it’s over!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, what do you guys appreciate? Laura Forum Moderator ***You're welcome to enter your birthday, etc in the Celebrate folder so we can party with you!! =) *** |

MJ - Love your pumpkin pie living room! Ours is a kind of mango color. My bedroom is a sort of rusty-adobe orange with blue and yellow trim - very southwestern and very soothing somehow!
