Gripes! What in the world is this pain from?!? Every now and again when it rains (like it is now), I get terrible constant, achy, slightly burning pain in my legs all the way from the ankles to the thighs. It feels like I just finished running the 100 meter dash. It hurts as much as a migraine. I popped a couple of Ibuprofen, which will hopefully kick in soon so I can sleep tonight. I just don't understand what the heck is going on???

I get pains like this when my mineral levels are out of whack. Have you been having really hot weather lately? Have you been drinking a lot more water than usual? This may have thrown your electrolyes off-balance. (I'm not a doctor & I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.)
What helps me is to either drink some OJ & eat a banana or take some calcium & magnesium supplements. Your potassium may also be out of whack.
Good luck!

Interesting! I don't think I've been drinking any more than usual, and I take a multivitamin plus other supplements everyday (magnesium, B2, B12, folic acid, and melatonin). Do you think getting too much of some vitamins/minerals could cause it?

Vitamin and mineral imbalances can cause all kinds of funky things to happen. The only way to know if that's what's causing your issues is to call your doctor and ask to have it checked out.
