Hi everyone,

Just wanted to pop in and let you guys know I am still around but on day 2 of a bad migraine. I went almost drug free yesterday -one Maxalt and took 2 Phenegran to sleep (didn't work, pain was to bad)

Today, no meds to make sure no MOH.

Reason for post is: I see you guys have been responding to my posts and I didn't want you to think it was being blown off. It just hurts to much to focus.

Thanks guys...keep the replies coming please, they lift my spirits!

I already gave DH permission to place me in the car tomorrow a.m if I am still in this much pain and drag me to ER. Heck of a way to spend our annivisary huh?

Thanks again everyone. Can't reread for sense/grammer/spelling in my post.

Off to lay down.

Thanks again everyone!

Happy anniversary! Birthday Cake

Hey, relief would be a great way to celebrate, even if you have to go to the ER to get it. I spent New Year's Eve last year in the ER with the only migraine that has ever driven me to go to the ER. What a way to bring in the new year. Razzer

I hope you're feeling better soon.

I don't think you ever need to worry we would think you were blowing us off. All of us understand that our disease sometimes interferes with our posting on the forum. If anything, we would just be concerned about how you were doing while we hadn't heard from you. So I'm glad you updated us.

Feel better! And have a great anniversary.

Happy anniversary! Which one is it? Every one of them is special.

Good for you for telling your husband how to take care of you. You might be feeling bad enough tomorrow for the ER trip, but you might wimp out or just forget. Having DH as a strongman is a good idea.

I did that recently with a trip to urgent care. On day 2 of a nasty attack, I told my DH that if I felt this bad on day 3, I was going to urgent care. I felt bad day 3, and he reminded me that I'd intended to go to urgent care. I was feeling too bad to remember.

If you end up going, I hope your ER trip is quick, hassle-free, and effective.

Wow guys!! Thanks so much for all the well wishes....they are greatly appreciated and always needed.

My "real" anniversary is the 10th and we were going to go out to eat last night but I had migraine hangover and didn't want to tempt the beast so we both feel asleep on the couch LOL.

So, we decided to go out to dinner tomorrow night on our "real" anniversary. And just kick back today to watch some football and <ugh> go food shopping.

Gretchen-This is our second year of marriage, he is a Godsend for sure.

LauraSue-you used one of many favorite sayings of mine; this to shall pass. You are so right!

Thanks again guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
