Cindy, lothianjavert and LauraSue - thanks so much for your understanding! Unfortunately I still have to see Mr Insensitive *every day* but normally his insensitivity is directed elsewhere! I've kept the flyers up at my desk and on the employee board despite his rude comments - I know that it will be so worth it if even one person finds some answers they're looking for.
And LauraSue, I think you're right about his baggage. And I really don't care what he thinks about me! And next time he says something awful I'll just picture him in diapers - he'll have no idea why I'm laughing! I'm feeling so much better, everyone - thanks again.
