Migraine

Hello everyone

just wanted to drop by and give a quick update before I go offline for a while longer.

Wow, the visit was overwhelming with information, I kept thinking to myself why didn't I find this place sooner. The staff were amazing. By the time I left they had broken a 15month long migraine, Doing the happy dance.. Yes it is expensive but the way I feel now I have no regrets at all.

We are currently still waiting for some of my labs, they had to do some extra testing while I was there because of some of my numbers. We'll go over those during our follow up call any day now.

So far my new medications are doing the trick and the two times since I left I was able to get it under control quickly. I am such a happier person now. I have two drs to follow up with here for different things but that will have to be after my surgery (has do do with breathing)

I am SO happy for you!!

I had a Migraine cycle broken in december of last year that had gone on way too long. Nothing was working when I got there, and when I left, I was not only pain-free, but my triptans were working again to abort the migraines! They were very thorough, and gave me additional tools to work with at that visit.

He's great with thinking about what to do next- and if there was follow-up testing done while you were there, how convienant, and maybe it'll change the course of your treatment!

I'm gonna do a happy dance for you- I'm thrilled that you were able to have the pain go away, and that you got to Dr. K. You're in really great hands now!

Aren't they all wonderful? I adore Dr. K and Jane, and all the rest of them. I just got home from my trip to Dallas. Remember to save all of your gas, hotel, and meal receipts when you go, and deduct them on taxes.
