Migraine

I finally found a specialist. Last night I had to go to the ER because of chest pains. Everything check out okay except of course the migraine I had been experiencing since yesterday morning. The doctor did say I may be coming down with maybe a infection.

I was so happy to hear the doctor say "You know there is a migraine specialist here in town and I'll give you his number." Now I don't have to go out of town. So that this is it. I don't even know what to say to this doctor.

Can someone tell me one more time where to find the reading on doctors appointments? I am so pleased. I have such a fast pace life anyhow and really need to slow down even more. I have very little energy after a attack. Just wanted to also Thank everyone for there support.

I if I could meet all of you I would bake for you. Have a slice of and Thank you much.

I say that after you try out the migraine specialist, and if you find out it's a good fit, you write that ER doc a nice thank you note. He sounds like a good egg, that one.

One quick word of advice...you may want to bring a tape recorder with you. When I went to my appointment with my specialist, he gave me so much information there was no way I could have remembered it all without the help of the recorder.

Also, if you don't already keep a Migraine Diary, you may want to start.
