Ever since I caught my husband in this affair, my 10 year old daughter has been telling me he was always on the phone with her and shushing her away when he was talking to her and he would go over there and send the kids around to the backyard to play with the frogs so "they could talk". She is blaming him for ruining our family and all of my tears. I tell her that she has to love us both the same and that daddy did nothing to her, but she is crying every night that daddy ruined everything and if it ruins our family its all his fault no matter how I try to level the playing field of mom/dad. Please say prayers to heal her hurt. She is too young to be involved in this, but just knew when the fighting happened what it was about because she witnessed too much of what he was doing, as it was happening right in front of her. kduch,
My heart goes out to you and your daughter for all that is going on. You are telling her the right things. Is there a way her father can spend more time with her? Perhaps if she does not feel like she is losing her father that would help her also.

You are both in my thoughts and prayers as you go through all of this. Please don't hesitate to find professional help for all of you. It can be of great vaule.

Your Friend,

Cindy

I will keep you and your family, especially your precious daughter, in my thoughts and prayers while you sort through this difficult time. Group Hug

It sounds like you're doing a great job keeping the lines of communication open with her, I'm sure that helps her a lot.

Thank you so much......She has perked up a little this week. We have been trying to act with some normalcy around here, although my mind is on saving my money and where I am going from here if it all falls apart!
