The rest of today will be very stressful and the weather is bad (one of my triggers). We're going to dinner with my mother-in-law, her brother and his wife, whom I've never met, then to theater (one of my biggest triggers, flashing lights). Wish me luck, and if I get a migraine, help me accept it and medicate it quickly and not get frustrated. And if I don't get one, don't let me think I'm cured !!!!
 Thanks, Laura (3 days no mig) LauraSue. (I'm 54, have had severe migraines for over 4 years due to menopause, plus I have fibromyalgia. I take Imitrex plus Anaprox as an abortive and am working with my migraine specialist to find a preventive. Just know that the clock time does not stop and the day keep's going. For tomorrow is saturday (and not sure if you have it off) but maybe a day of rest for you. You will make it through the day!
