The rest of today will be very stressful and the weather is bad (one of my triggers). We're going to dinner with my mother-in-law, her brother and his wife, whom I've never met, then to theater (one of my biggest triggers, flashing lights). Wish me luck, and if I get a migraine, help me accept it and medicate it quickly and not get frustrated. And if I don't get one, don't let me think I'm cured !!!! Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Thanks,
Laura

LauraSue.
(I'm 54, have had severe migraines for over 4 years due to menopause, plus I have fibromyalgia. I take Imitrex plus Anaprox as an abortive and am working with my migraine specialist to find a preventive. I keep a detailed migraine diary and have made significant lifestyle changes to reduce my risk of migraines.)

Just know that the clock time does not stop and the day keep's going. For tomorrow is saturday (and not sure if you have it off) but maybe a day of rest for you. You will make it through the day!
