Today I'm working on staying in the present moment and enjoying it fully, while at the same time remembering that I have no control over my migraine disease.
If I get one (not that I'm planning on it), I'm aiming for disappointed acceptance rather than raging resentment!  Laura (2 days no mig) LauraSue. (I'm 54, have had severe migraines for over 4 years due to menopause, plus I have fibromyalgia. I take Imitrex plus Anaprox as an abortive and am working with my migraine specialist to find a preventive. I keep a detailed migraine diary and have made significant lifestyle changes to reduce my risk of migraines.) MENOPAUSE COUNTDOWN:  |
