Its about 2.5 hours away Small , adorable little house by a lake , in a tiny, peaceful village in Quebec*the next province over* After 4 years in the hell of a living in a very violent *not to mention prejudiced against french* city... A tiny house in small town Quebec, surrounded by woods and water yet right "downtown" is just what we need. Good luck on the house! Slightly off-topic, but I really think you need to add either a regular telephone or a second cell phone to your NEEDS list. You need to be able to call for help with hubby isn't home. Having just the one cell phone, which he takes with him when he's out, is not a good situation for anyone with health issues.

Sounds absolutely perfect! Also- I'll second Teri's comments about something to add to this new move- a new phone- for YOU. I can't tell you how scared I'd be without having my own cell phone from which I can call DH or friends in a crisis- or even just to talk with when I'm feeling down. Can't wait to hear all about the process of house buying... that one sounds great, and the location sounds absolutely charming, and much less stressful than where y'all currently are residing!
