Dad's Cancer Update-
Complications due to the medication Dad was taking to slow down the cancer growth led to emergency surgery to remove an abcess that was restricting his breathing. Breathing is rather important .

The medication has been stopped for now as he recovers from surgery. With PT he is regaining some strength ; however, the last CT scan showed us some growth in the tumors . There is a positive to acknowledge. It shows the medication was actually slowing down the cancer.

Mom-
She's a tired trooper, and her love for Dad is evident in everything she does. Unfortunately, she is encountering her own health issues and is meeting with a specialist in a few weeks.
