Has anyone taken Tegretol (carbamazepine) for migraines? I started on it a little over a month ago, after being told I had migraines, dystonia, and seizures. It has reduced my attacks by 95% and I've only had perhaps 2 little migraines since starting it - down from almost daily migraines. (Topamax worked almost as well, but it made me a slow-thinking zombie.) I was just wondering if anyone else has taken it and had success against migrianes.
