Just wondering if anyone here has ever tried an inversion table? My mom has one at her house and I tried it over the weekend when I was feeling awful... brain fog was just horrific. I've found that any bending over has been unbearable lately, but I could handle being upside down. ?? Go figure. The weight of gravity for my spine, stretching things out... I guess giving things a break too?? I'm not sure what all it accomplishes... but I was shocked to find that when I got up, I felt so much better.
My week had been rough and on Saturday I had felt about half brain dead, I had become really light/noise sensitive, really worn out. Pain intensified a lot. Sunday it got worse, and I just had a hard time functioning, communicating, coming up with words. I had this sensation of feeling like I was going to pass out, but not feeling dizzy (if that makes a lick of sense to anyone). Fifteen minutes upside down, I felt at least 30% better for at least a few hours. I haven't felt as bad as I did before since. |

Candace,
That is interesting that hanging upside down helped you! I'm so glad it helped you. Kelly my blog: http://flywithhope.blogspot.com/ "Though perseverance does not come from our power, yet comes within our power." - St. Francis de Sales |
