It's been over a month since I had the Botox injections and so far I've only had 2 migraines. Both of those were easily controlled with Maxalt. I still have tension type issues with my neck but it's almost like it never really progresses up to my head. The injections really seem to have reduced the frequency as well as the pain. The 2 migraines I did have were bad but not terrible, if you know what I mean. They were definately much reduced from before the injections.
My next set of injections are in September. I'll wondering how long this will continue and if there will be a reduction in effectiveness the closer I get to the next appointment. Either way I'm celebrating just having one great month!
