I can not read shareposts. I have tried opening them directly and from the links in emails and it says something about server error. It has been this way for 2 days. Has anyone else said anything about having the same problem?

Hi Sherry,
The SharePost section and the discussion forum have to have two separate registrations. You can use the same user name and password for both, but they have to be done individually. Does that make sense? Let me know if you still have trouble, ok? |

Hi Nancy.
I am registered for both. I have been reading and responding to shareposts since the beginning. It's just the past few days that it will not work. I just tried again and it says 500 Internal Server Error. I have even tried from another computer? Do you have any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks! Have you tried deleting any of your cookies or browsing history lately? Sometimes when I have trouble I do that and it seems to help. Try that and let me know, ok? |

I tried that. I just don't understand it. It seems like it a problem on the website, because I have tried another computer and it does the same thing. Has anyone else had this problem that you know of? There are several shareposts I want to read, but can't. I have tried it with the links in the emails I get and by going directly to the site and clicking on them there. Please let me know if you figure anything out.

Hi Sherry,
Any luck? I tried reading the SharePosts from the emails and didn't have any problems. First I did it while I was logged in, then I logged out and tried it and was again successful. There aren't any issues with the site that I know of. Is it going any better? Let me know, if you still can't read the SharePosts, I'll let the site producer know. |

Hi Nancy! It must have been some sort of glitch - not sure which end it was from? But I can read them today! Thanks for your help and i will let you know if I have any further problems.
