Migraine

Hi, Yes, me again.
I need your advise. My medical ins changed to BCBS of California this year. We have always gotton our meds from the mail order pharmacies as they are alot cheaper.
Being new to the plan I called the mail order Pharm. and gave them all my meds. I asked how many I could get of each one. I have 5 total. They gave me amounts and the co-pay for each. Then I went to my Dr. and had her write out RX for three months. When the mail order pharmacy got them they claimed that they could not read them. [ I found out later that they lied about that.] Then they claimed I could not get 2 of them thru mail order. The DHE 45 and Frova. I said that is fine However I want to keep all my rx with one pharmacy. They were suppose to fax my dr. and let her know that I was NOT filling with them. Also they were suppose to send me back the paper prescriptions to give back to my Dr. My Dr. will not write me new rx until she gets the old ones back. This was all suppose to happen back on the 17th of Jan. I have called the mail order pharmacy almost every day because I am out of all my meds. One guy even said he would call Dr. He supposadly left a message. Also I spoke to a pharmacist who said she was going to fax the dr and mail the rx back to dr. Her name was Amy. In the notes she signed it simply "A" Now they claim there is noone there by that name.

Today my husband called them and threatened to call the powers that be on them. However he got nowhere.

My doctor's nurse swears she has not been contacted by the pharmacy. I tend to believe her over them, just judging by their incompatence.

Should it be this difficult to get the paper I sent in back? I can understand the Dr. not wanting to write more.I am sure there are even laws that govern that. However I cannot go 3 months with no meds.

Is there any way I can make them cough up those prescriptions? I even told them to overnight them to me and I will pay for that.

I am just livid. can you help me?
