Teri, I just wanted to thank you for putting together that excellent headache diary that's posted on this site. I've tried (without much success) to keep a headache diary a few times this year, but yours has worked very well for me! I brought photocopies of my monthly summary pages to my neurologist at my last visit, which helped explain my recent change in migraine patterns, which I wouldn't have noticed otherwise.
