Where can you go for support during migraine onset/twilight zone (is this a migraine or not)/pain management/suffering?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean someone to talk to for support? If so, how's the support from your friends and family? Some of us have a close friend or family member we can talk to at such times. Lots of people come here and post for support.
What did you mean by "intervention?" Is that what you mean?
