Teri, I was just denied a claim for short term income replacement insurance during Feb of 08 to June of 08. One of the reasons listed in my denial was my posting to this website. They claimed that if I was able to post coherently to this site then I should have been able to work. Do you know if it's legal to use postings from this website as one of their reasons for denial? I am feeling so violated for using this site for support and trying to offer encouragement to others suffering as I do. Any ideas or thoughts? Teri
