I just received in my e-mail this morning from "Alliance for Headache Disorder Advocacy" to e-mail our Senators TODAY

I got mine too, it took less than three minutes to do, including a personal message on how important the research is for us. PLEASE HELP US HELP OURSELVES.

I sent mine off and sent an email out to everyone I know to do the same.

I saw some of the girls at my office filling them out so Woohoo!!!

Melanie I've been giving a real quick explanation to people I ask to help - that Migraine and headache disorders don't get their fair share of our national medical research dollars, in proportion to the number of people affected. We're just asking the Senate to help us correct that. But if you go to the link, there's a whole letter laid out that you can just add your own two cents into.

I got in from my business meeting and errands this morning and found this waiting for me so I've been emailing Senators, friends and family, and blogging about it ever since.

So let's go, gang! We succeeded with the House and we can do it again! We get to have some power today! Woo!

Hi Everyone,

I just sent mine. I think it is important for everyone to know, that EACH person over 18 can send in a letter. Meaning, My DH sent one in (or will today) and then I have my daughters (19) send their own in. Also forward it to friends.

Done! DBF should be sending his this morning as well. I also forwarded this to my mom and sister who live in a different state (so have different senators), and posted it on another migraine board I occasionally visit.
